pain and inflammation helper

I have scleritis (eye inflammation) and use Turmeric in combination with ginger. The combo greatly reduced the flare-ups, and the need for other pain reducers. Only one 'con'...when I take it without food or take a larger dose, I do experience a feeling of heartburn but that goes away quickly. I too, have a friend with cancer, and she is also using this product per her physician. I researched it thoroughly, and there are so many benefits, I will always take it. I have a degenerated disc in my back and struggle with residual pain in my piriformis muscle. I had read that taking turmeric with tumerones was a great anti-inflammatory. It took care of my pain. I don't have to take ibuprofen as long as I'm taking this. I love it and highly recommend it to anyone who has continual inflammation. It worked wonders for me. I'm now buying it for my mother for her arthritis.*

I started taking this for its anti-inflammatory properties. It seems to really help. Also had read you could use turmeric on plantars warts. This is easier--gets in the system & helps fight them from the inside. Now trying to get my daughter to take it for her psoriasis.*
