Suggested use: We recommend preparing Capomo by simmering on the stovetop for 10 to 40 minutes, according to desired strength. Longer equals stronger! You can also brew Capomo in a traditional drip coffee maker, percolator, or any way you would prepare coffee or tea.

    Cafe' Capomo has a smooth, mellow flavor with a hint of caramel and no bitter taste and it doesn't upset my stomach. I like the fact that I can drink it in the afternoon/evening without having trouble getting to sleep. In the morning I mix it with another organic decaf coffee and a mushroom coffee in the coffee maker and often put in chocolate almond milk as a creamer to add more of a mocha-like flavor.*
