I have been diagnosed with chronic inflammatory issues which tend to manifest in my left hip especially. Years back, someone recommended Turmeric I make a drink with about a Tbsp. I include pepper and coconut oil to enhance the efficacy. After a while I forgot or ran out or something and didn't notice until the hip pain came back. I started the drink again, and it went away. This happened once or twice more, now I never miss. My order was delayed due to tariff debacle, and the included a couple gifts. I read the note and was hoping "Chyawanprash" - and there it was. I drink Turmeric powder boiled with milk every night together with a spoon of Chyawanprash. This is recommended by my Ayurvedic Doctor as a fantastic way of Preventing dis-ease. It tastes Great!*
