    I have been using this product for a number of years. I have neuropathy in my right hand. I am also a borderline diabetic. When I work had with my hand I take Gymnema Sylvestre it eases the pain. Also good for reducing glucose in the blood. That's the reason why I am using it when needed. A wonderful product!*
