At almost 65, and not in the shape I should be, I struggle with borderline high blood pressure. I purchased CardioPure at the suggestion of a health care professional. I was taking my BP twice daily at home for a week or so before starting the product as I was getting an "average" in prep for an annual check up...and fearing the doc would put me on BP meds as I was averaging north of 140/80. I took the product 2xs daily, and saw a very gradual improvement in my BP. That said, I cannot swear this is a miracle drug. Heck, it may be as much psychological. But two things: I did some online checking of the various ingredients in CardioPure, and found a few bona fide sources like NIH reviews, studies by medical-related journals, Mayo Clinic, etc. that indicated there is evidence that at least some of the ingredients "work." Second, my BP at the check up was 130/69! Not great, but enough where the doc was okay with me NOT on standard Rx at this point, and just continuing exercise and weight loss. And I should add that, normally at medical check-ups, like at the dentist office a month before, it was like 150/90. Again, I cannot say this is a miracle drug, and perhaps the improvement noted occurred way too fast (ie, maybe it is psychological). However, I am going to continue my regimen and monitor my BP. I see my provider in two week to review lab work. Guess we'll see what it is then as well. If I see additional gains, I will up my rating to five stars!
