    cardiopure is very effective for my high blood pressure and also seems to have endocrine balancing affects for me. i actually only take 1 capsule in the morning. if i take 2 a day it a bit too much. so, monitor the effects. really excellent formula. i've recommended this to a friend who also is having good results.**
