1. lowers blood pressure

   Without this my husband’s blood pressures is a little high 140/93, taking 2 capsules per day keeps it at the 120/80 mark. Much better than a prescription, he has no side effects from this*

   I wanted to discontinue my prescription. And I tried all kinds of diet changes and exercise. It helped, but I still had times when my BR would go out of control and be too high. The first night I took this stuff, I took 2 capsules, BP was so low the next day I thought I was going to pass out. Works fine if I only take one. I take one at night.    After a drug happy doctor wanted to put me on prescription drugs for elevated blood pressure at age of 65 I found Cardiopure. It has balanced my pressure over the years and helps with a good nights rest as well.

   I was diagnosed with hypertension two years ago and as usual, was started on a hypertensive drug and diuretic. Many months later, after many side effects and drug changes, I had had enough. I started on cardiopure and slowly my bop is under control without any prescription meds. Took about 4 months but I am finally off meds. I do take other cardiac friendly herbs along with cardiopure and I am very pleased with the cardiopure. My only side effect from cardiopure is bradycardia and I am sure this will go away. This herb is well worth trying. Oh, by the way, I am a registered nurse.*

7. Better that Rx

   After the birth of my son, my BP spiked and remained 170s/90s. I lost a bit of weight and didn't see much change. My acupuncturist suggest CardioPure. 1 pill every other day and I'm reading 120s/80s. The only side effect is a bit of a stuffy nose if I take it daily - thus, every other day.**

8. Effective short term control

   The first couple of times using CardioPure need to be done at home, near bedtime as it has a noticeable calming/relaxing effect. It routinely drops 15mmHg off BP numbers. The effect wears off in about 4-5 hrs- in my case it's not appropriate for long term primary control, but in supplement to an already established routine. It would be possible to for some of us with mild to moderate essential hypertension to use this as our only medication- but it requires more vigilance in repeat dosing than the pharma meds on the market. As a pleasant side effect [guys], you won't need to refill your Viagra Rx. I'd give it 5 stars if I could stop taking my regular meds. Tattva's Herbs customer service does a great job.**
