I put a tsp of the bulk powder in a half glass of ginger tea every evening. I find when I do this I do not have the tendency to forget or have to search for words as often in the later afternoon. It definitely sharpens my mental acuity. I am 62 and noticed tis need a few years ago. I used to take the caps when I had a mentally challenging day ahead and I found that they helped focus me. The powder is not delicious. But it works.
My order was delayed due to tariff debacle, and the included a couple gifts. I read the note and was hoping "Chyawanprash" - and there it was. THANKS, Tattva's*
