    I take Boswellia along with turmeric curcumin for my arthritic knees to lower pain and inflammation. This seems to help. I am an avid walker despite being over 81 years of age. I mistakenly said that I took Bacopa for this in my turmeric curcumin review which I do, but not for inflammation.*

    This product keeps my arthritis symptoms way down. I can’t take turmeric as I am on blood thinners. This product works so well for me. My sister’s doctor recommended this product for its pureness…..can’t do without it!*
