   Boswellia has proved to be very effective for me in dealing with both arthritis and fibromyalgia. I realized just how effective it is (in combination with turmeric and cinnamon) when I ran out of it. Now, I make sure I keep it on hand.**

   I have been using this product for years. I would rather miss a blood pressure pill than my Boswellia. I had heard about this in the steam room from a man well over 70 yrs old., so glad I lisented to him!**

   My doctor recommend I try Boswellia for my ulcerative colitis (inflammation in the colon). I've been taking 4 capsules a day for quite a while and never had any side effects. I can't say whether or not it helps my condition since I take many other meds for it but it doesn't hurt.**

   I had read in a local pharmacist's column that Boswellia was "nature's painkiller" and since I have fibromyalgia and was taking Advil almost every day for pain, I was interested in finding a herbal alternative. It worked within the first day! I take it 3 x's a day with no side effects! I would recommend it!*

   have three herniated discs in my neck and a pinched nerve. This is the only thing I've found that gets the pain down to a level where I get a good night's sleep. My vet also recommended it for two of my older dogs and it has helped with inflammation from arthritis. I use it with their Glucosamine/Chondroiton. A fantastic product.*
