1. Only Taken for 1/2 Month so far

   Have only taken this for about 1/2 month so far, could not take at night, totally kept me awake, but when I take it in the morning I am beginning to feel more energetic......I'll wait for a couple more weeks to see how it goes, but overall, just taking 1 a day has been beneficial.**

   I use this product twice a day, primarily for synergism with other "nootropic" herbs (bacopa, mucuna pruriens). The smell of the product indicates that the extract is of a very high quality and probably much more effective than other brands. You certainly get what you pay for!**

   I use Aswhaganda daily to help with the effects of stress. It seems to be highly effective, especially when taken with Bacopa. My mom takes Ashwaganda for arthritis and stress and she's noticed significant improvements such as no more shooting pains.**

   I take this product for stress reduction, and it does seem to help my body recover from it more effectively. Moreover, it does seem over a long period of time to diminish or, perhaps, reverse the graying of my hair. The capsules minimise the taste factor, which is not altogether pleasant, but not really noticeable.**
