I am using as a day cream with an SPF on top and again as night cream. It's richly moisturizing for dry skin, but not heavy and absorbs well. Knowing how turmeric heals my skin, but not wanting to be dyed yellow, this is a great product with high quality ingredients, the finish of expensive luxury brand cosmetics but none of the chemicals that we want to avoid.
Convenient size & weight for travel.
I have not used it long enough to comment on any lightening effects*
