    I usually do not do herbs because of my sensitive system..
    But other than the first week where ~ I did notice some twingest in my stomach that were very short lived ~
    I take two capsules per day, one in the am & one in the evening.
    I most appreciate the excellent customer service,,,i feel they put the customers' satisfaction above all which I find a rarity these days.n*

    I take this product every day two capsules a day, as directed on the label, it has helped me with constipation problems very gently, I take it in the morning about an hour before breakfast and at noon as I don't eat lunch early, I haven't had any side effects and don't know if it is benefiting me otherwise at this point, I will continue to take it, I may increase the dosage in the future, but as I take green drink and other vitamins don't want to take chances of interaction,I really think this is a good herb to take for regularity, I have only been taking it for about a week so time will tell. I was impressed with the company as it was shipped promptly and I received it in about three working days.**

    Having to travel a lot in my practice, I often find myself with "traveller's constipation". This herb works well to keep myself regular. My only advice is to follow the directions on the bottle- I took an extra capsule one time and found myself with diarrea for about 12 hours.**

    Started using this to help my slow elimination and settle down the jumping spastic intestines I have. Seems to work for the spastic intestines but will try the extract type next to see if it helps with elimination a little better cause so far that is still too slow for comfort.*

    I had to have a surgery for torn muscles and tendons from weight lifting. My doctor put me on some strong pain relievers for months. So many bad side effects, and also too addictive. I had really bad constipation, only moving my bowels a few times a week. After using Triphala for just a week, I found my bowel and digestion problems went away.
