Returns

We will gladly refund, exchange, or credit product that is unopened (minus shipping charges) within 30 days of purchase with prior approval. All orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Merchandise must be returned in original condition. We cannot offer a refund or issue a credit on any opened product.

First Class Mail : For Packages that are 13 ounces or less. The expected time for delivery for most packages within the continental United States is between 2 and 10 business days. Generally it is less than 5 days. We will notify you via email with a tracking number when you order is shipped.

Priority Mail : Our standard shipping methods include Priority Mail through the U.S. Postal Service, The expected time for delivery for most packages within the continental United States is between 2 and 10 business days. Expedited Shipping : We also offer expedited USPS services of one business day, two business days and three business days, guaranteed services. Please call or email for details and we can provide you with the additional charges that may apply

Parcel Post : We also offer Parcel Post or "Fourth-Class Mail." The general time standard is typically 5 - 9 days in the 48 contiguous states. Estimated delivery time between Alaska / Hawaii / Puerto Rico and the contiguous 48 states is approximately 3 to 6 weeks (most surface mail travels by ship).Estimated delivery time within Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico addresses is approximately 4 to 14 days.

International Shipping : We ship internationally, to most countries. We ship all international packages by the United States Postal Service. There is a flat rate charge of $15.95 to ship to all countries outside the US except Canada. Please allow three to fours weks for delivery.
